Several prizes are left over that Lexi Pickel had asked businesses to donate for Fall Festival. \u00a0Will need to decide how to divvy up the prizes.<\/p>\n

On November 14 2014, a parent will present Safe & Secure on to students. \u00a0Discussed presenting same presentation to parents on a different night at a couple of locations in the City. \u00a0Mrs. Tarango will check with parent on date when available.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Fundraising report- Cindy Rodriguez<\/p>\n
Chocolate Sales \u2013 28 sellers with sales of $1,970 and profit to PTA of approximately $650. \u00a0Still 11 pending order forms. \u00a0Last day to turn in forms is Nov 7<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Gold Candle Sales begin November 17. \u00a0Forms will be due back by Dec 1 to guarantee Christmas delivery<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

289 Albertson\u2019s keycards were passed out. \u00a0Will pass out more this week during student drop-off<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Will send out instructions to re-attach Smith\u2019s card to school<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Box Top- made $250 in two months. \u00a0The next cut off is February 2015<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

By-Law\u2019s Report \u00a0– Kathi Lakins \u00a0\u00a0from 10\/1 meeting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Change to Article VI, section 2. \u00a0Motion made by Traci Hull to elect nominating committee in December and elect officers in February. \u00a0Second by Marian Davis. \u00a0Passed unanimously.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Change to Article VIII, section 2. \u00a0Motion made by Marion Davis to add only standing committee chairmen to Board of Directors. \u00a0Second by Kathi Lakins. \u00a0Passed unanimously.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Change to Article XI, section 4. \u00a0Motion made by Mrs. Tarango that majority of Board members plus members present shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business in any general meeting of this local PTA. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Second by Lexi Pickel. \u00a0Passed unanimously.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Change to Article X, section 2. \u00a0\u00a0Motion made by Sarah Day to delete Student Store and to add Social Committee and to add Expenditure Committee. \u00a0Second by Cindy Trujillo. \u00a0\u00a0Passed unanimously.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Village Inn\/Pie Cards as fundraiser \u00a0-Adriana Romero \u00a0\u00a0from 10\/15 meeting<\/p>\n
Cost of Pie cards is $8.50; students will sell for $13.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Restaurant Night at Village Inn on San Mateo on Thursday December 4th. \u00a0Will receive 10% of sales for the night.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Motion made by Marion Davis to sell pie cards as fundraiser and for Village Inn restaurant night. \u00a0Second by Lexi Pickel. \u00a0Passed unanimously.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
