\nneed a separate agreement as well.

\nBuilding Report \u2013 Mary stated that portables are still not functional. Permit process
\nchanged on October 1, 2017. Work is still being done on the main building. At this time,
\nclassrooms are being shared.
\nPrincipal\u2019s Report \u2013
\n40 day count \u2013 240. Would like an enrollment of 252. There are 5 contacts
\nthrough Sandia Lab promotion day. APS School of choice will be held on
\nThursday, October 26, 2017.
\nTransportation \u2013 School has to pay for transportation the 1 st year. A plan was presented
\nto PTA and Mary. There will be 3 stops on West Side. 46 students have committed to
\nriding bus. Contracted bus transportation with Herrera. Parents will be fundraising for 1 st
\nyear to fund bus and the 2 nd year will be funded by PED.
\nFall Festival \u2013 Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017.
