\nBuilding Report \u2013Mary stated that everything is paid. Right now they only have the
\nmonthly rent. They moved into portables in January, 2018.
\nPhase II \u2013 Mary met with Mr. Dupont and Rita Hirschy. Everything is moving forward
\nand should reach financial decisions by the February, 2018 GC monthly meeting. Phase
\nII includes 9 classrooms and gym. If all goes well, construction will begin in March,
\n2018. Mary stated that she felt very good about the way everything is progressing.
\nPrincipal\u2019s Report \u2013
\n80 day count \u2013 241 Current – 247 Budget for 2018-2019 is based on average of 80-120
\nday count.
\nTransportation \u2013 Slowed a little on funding but still doing well with the AM & PM
\nprogram. Parents agreed to help raise more money.
\nGolf Tournament \u2013 Will be held at Canyon Club on April 30, 2018.<\/p>\n
Portables \u2013 Mary stated that portables would be gone in May, 2018.
\nE2E Grant – Mary stated that school did not receive E2E Grant for $65,000.
\nLegislative update \u2013 Mary stated that school would be refunded money that they took last
\nfiscal year.
\nOpen House \u2013 Mary stated that open house was very successful.
\nLottery Draw \u2013 Will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2018.
