\nPursuant to the 21 st Century Public Academy Governance Council Open Meeting Policy Resolution of 9-1-2015:
\n\u2022 Proper and required notification to the public has occurred,
\n\u2022 This is a Special Meeting of the 21 st Century Public Academy Governance Council requiring a minimum 72 hours public notice
\nand that requirement has been met,

Governance Council Resolution No. 6-18-2018.1<\/p>\n
Resolution: Accept the NMPED approved format of the amendment to the Lease\/Purchase
\nAgreement.<\/p>\n
Whereas; the Governance Council for 21 st Century Public Academy fully reviewed and approved the
\nproposed Lease\/Purchase amendment as the material terms of the agreement at the governance council
\nmeeting of May 21, 2018 with their resolution # 5-21-2018 #2
\nWhereas; The New Mexico Public Education Department has reviewed the proposed amendment with
\ncertain format revisions and has now approved the current format of the amendment and is awaiting
\nthe final signed copy of the amendment;<\/p>\n
Be It Resolved that the 21 st Century Public Academy\u2019s Governance Council accepts the NMPED
\napproved format.

Resolution: Authorize Signature for the PED Approved Amendment the 21 st Century Public
\nAcademy\u2019s Lease\/Purchase Agreement<\/p>\n
Be It Resolved that the 21 st Century Public Academy\u2019s Governance Council authorizes its president to
\nsign the NMPED Approved Amendment Agreement between 21 st Century Public Academy and the
\nCutler Charitable Foundation.<\/p>\n
