The expenditure reports as of December 31, 2021 was presented. Title Funds are<br>still blank, being drawn down monthly, but reimbursements are pending. Members of the Finance<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Committee met prior to the Governance Council meeting and reviewed all financial documents. Over all students are exceeding growth expectations and all levels have target growth points<br>double the expected growth. OSI data was shared with percentages of RACED responses per our Charter<br>Contract. Student Led Conferences are February 16, 17 and 18. No school for students. All conferences will be<br>virtual by appointment. Equity Council made suggestions to the policy to be added to the Student Handbook to<br>include language prohibiting \u201craced-based\u201d aggression in response to HB43.<br>Presentation and Discussion of COO\u2019s Report<br>ESSER I \u2013 Receiver $94 in carryover funds, ESSER II no award yet, Air Quality Grant \u2013 Received $3,995 must be<br>spent by June 30, 2022, ESSER III not award letter yet.<br>PRESENTATION AND DISCUSSION OF CEO\u2019S REPORT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>1. 5 Year Facilities Master Plan \u2013 Still in Process<\/li><li>Special Capital Outlay HVAC\/Solar Project \u2013 Seeking quotes from General Contractors.<\/li><li>Update on Funding Timelines<br>Title 1 from 2020-21 \u2013 December of 2021<br>ESSER II \u2013 January of 2022<br>ESSER III \u2013 Budget Available- to be spent as quickly as possible.<\/li><li>Sports\/Gym \u2013 A few issues with masking but generally compliant. Using potential ESSER II<br>funds for additional supervision.<\/li><li>Biweekly Admin Meetings \u2013 2x week<\/li><li>Enrollment Numbers \u2013 40 Day Count 365 (Funding for SY 2021-22) \u2013 Budgeted for 390 \u2013<br>1 st \u2013 12<br>2 nd \u2013 9<br>3 rd \u2013 18<br>4 th \u2013 26<br>5 th \u2013 36<br>6 th \u2013 82<br>7 th \u2013 81<br>8 th \u2013 96<br>Total \u2013 360<\/li><li>COVID Update \u2013 Total of positive cases is 49 since August. Three symptomatic persons on<br>campus- contact tracing was conducted. Parents are being very careful and responsive to COVID<br>symptoms and keeping students home. Illness is still increasing and the need for remote learning is<br>still necessary. New Toolkit reducing isolation from 10 days to 5 days. Increase of students<br>required to say home if they are a close contact. Increasing number of school choosing to go<br>remote for a short period of time. 3 staff members tested positive but are back. In person<br>attendance is at about 75%. Ms. Tarango indicated that as long as staff is remaining at about 80%<br>or more we could function. Below 65% student attendance or 80% staff attendance instructional<br>deliver would be compromised.<\/li><li>PMG continues to struggle to comply with onsite testing. Although we volunteered to be a hub<br>for testing they are unable to provide service due to lack of personnel, technicians testing positive<br>and resignations. Very frustrating and difficult to communicate with parents and staff when their<br>presence is unreliable.<\/li><li>Lottery \u2013 February 1 st at 4:00 pm by Zoom.<\/li><li>Update to Organizational Chart at February meeting.
