Below is the information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pfizer Vaccine: will be given but 2 different ones. One for students 5-11 year old&#8217;s &amp; 12+ year old&#8217;s<br>Modera Vaccine: 18+ year old&#8217;s<br>Johnson &amp; Johnson Vaccine: 18+ year old&#8217;s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These vaccines are available to Students, Staff, Parents &amp; Community; whether it&#8217;s the 1st dose, 2nd dose or booster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone who is wanting to participate in the Vaccine clinic will need to fill out the attached form prior to getting any vaccines.
