Hello Families, 
Registration for the 21st CPA Summer Camps is now open.
The Coaching Staff and Alumni Athletes of the 21st CPA Athletic Department are organizing several summer camps for students. These summer camps aim to help the participants improve their skills, regardless of their current level, and prepare them for the next stage of their chosen sport.

Summer Camps

• Basketball:        June 5, 6 + 7, 2024 @ 4:30-7:30p
• Volleyball:         June 10, 11 + 12, 2024 @ 4:30-7:30p

Summer Registration Options:1.  Online Registration: Scan the QR Code or Click the link provided and complete the registration form online. Once you’ve filled out the form, please submit your payment in person at the 21st CPA Front Office.

2. Paper Registration: If you prefer to register using a paper form, please print and complete the Registration Form and submit it in person at the 21st CPA Front Office along with your payment.

3. Mail In Registration: If you prefer to mail in your registration, please send the completed Paper Registration Form and payment to the following address:

• List of 2023 Winter Season 3 Sport:
  Elementary Basketball (Co-Ed): 1-4th Grade
  Practice Starts: December 15, 2023
  Registration Deadline: December 22, 2023 or until roster filled

Dragonsquad (Co-Ed): 5-8th Grade
Practice Starts: November 6, 2023 (Athletes Participanting in the Twinkle Light Parade)
Practice Starts: December 4, 2023 (Athletes not willing to participates in the Twinkle Light Parade)
Registration Deadline: December 4, 2023 or until roster filled

Mid School Girls Basketball: 5-8th Grade
Practice Starts: December 1, 2023
Registration Deadline: December 4, 2023 or until roster filled

Note: Mid Winter and Spring Sports Registration will open by order of the season league sequence.

Sports Requirements:
21st CPA Sports Registration (Online)
2023-2024 Physical Form (Must be signed by a physician)
Participation Fee (Cash, Check, or Money Order)

Note: Please make sure that all athlete’s records and sports registration are up to date to avoid any delays in sports participation.
