Small class sizes enable teachers to work more closely with each individual student. Teachers meet in grade level teams every day to coordinate with one another and to prepare collaborative lessons. Departments meet every week to chart progress and address needs within their subject area. At 21st Century, coordination and collaboration among teachers and staff is central to our educational philosophy.
