There are childcare options both before and after the regular school day, as described below.

Before School

21st Century runs a Before Care program, staffed by school employees.  We expect students to maintain the same standards of behavior as though they were in the classroom.  Students who violate these behavior expectations may lose the privilege of participating in this program.  Fees for this program may be paid at the school by cash or check, or online via the TeacherVUE online fees system.

  • 6:30am to 8:00am.
  • $5 a day
  • Forms available the first day students attend.
  • Guardians must sign in students every day.
  • NOTE: On delay start days due to inclement weather there is NO Before Care
After School

The City of Albuquerque’s Play+ program offers multiple locations that can serve 21stCPA students.

21st Century Campus

You will need to register with this program in advance to utilize this program, otherwise will need to arrange for your child’s pickup at dismissal time.  Register here!

Our westside bus TF14 route stops at the Alamosa Community Center, which hosts the Play+ program.  Register here!

McKinley Community Center

The Play+ program will bus children from 21st Century to the McKinley Community Center location after dismissal.  Register here!
