Good Afternoon Dragon Community!

I hope this communication finds you and your family safe and healthy!

Due to the Governor’s announcement today we will be closing the office until November 30th. The calls are being forwarded to Ms. Morga so do not hesitate to reach out. All learning will remain in a remote setting until further notice and a decision of the Governance council.

All staff can be contacted by email!

Report Cards November 6th

We have posted Report Cards in PlusPortals. Please log in to find your child’s 1st Quarter Report card. Setting a goal for the 2nd Quarter with your child to attend all classes and complete each assignment everyday is important for a strong semester finish! Please contact teachers for learning support!

Ms Morga has resent the link to all parents who havent logged in. Please make sure to check you trash/spam as it sometimes ends up there.

Once you click on your account you will see the More… button, click on that and then you will see school, then report cards.

If you did not get the link please email Ms. Morga with your email address you want on file and she will resend the link to you.

Drive Thru-Flu Shot Clinic Nov. 17th 9-12

We will host a drive through Flu Shot Clinic at 21st Century Public Academy. Please attend and get protected from the Flu! Attached is the Flu Shot Consent form you will need to fill our prior to driving thru.

P-EBT Update

The NM Human Services Department has established the Yes New Mexico portal where parents and School Food Authorities (SFAs) can now access student information on the Pandemic-EBT program. Through the portal, parents and SFAs can look up their students’ information and validate, update or change their address or request a new P-EBT card. A student ID number and some additional identifying data are required for access. This flier includes instructions for accessing the YesNM portal. Please share it with families involved with P-EBT along with the link: https://www.yes.state.nm.us/yesnm/home/index
