Registration for 21stCPA Summer Athletics Camps 2024 Now Open
Hello Families,
Registration for the 21st CPA Summer Camps is now open.
The Coaching Staff and Alumni Athletes of the 21st CPA Athletic Department are organizing several summer camps for students. These summer camps aim to help the participants improve their skills, regardless of their current level, and prepare them for the next stage of their chosen sport.
Summer Camps
- Basketball: June 5, 6 + 7, 2024 @ 4:30-7:30p
- Volleyball: June 10, 11 + 12, 2024 @ 4:30-7:30p

Summer Registration Options:1. Online Registration: Scan the QR Code or Click the link provided and complete the registration form online. Once you’ve filled out the form, please submit your payment in person at the 21st CPA Front Office.
2. Paper Registration: If you prefer to register using a paper form, please print and complete the Registration Form and submit it in person at the 21st CPA Front Office along with your payment.
3. Mail In Registration: If you prefer to mail in your registration, please send the completed Paper Registration Form and payment to the following address:

Mandatory Parent Meeting for Season 4: Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 5:00p – 21st CPA

Elementary Golf (Co-Ed): 3/4th Grade
Elementary Track & Field (Co-Ed): 1-4th Grade
Elementary Soccer (Co-Ed): 1-4th Grade
Mid School Track & Field: 5-8th Grade
Mid School Golf: 5-8th Grade
Mid School Soccer: 5-8th Grade
Practice Week Start: 2/26/24
Athlete Registration + Payment Deadline: 2/23/24 (Athlete registration can be until roster is full.)
Season Start: 3/18/24
Season End: 5/11/24
Note: Weather, facility avaiablility, or school hours can change practice or meeting times and dates

2023-2024 Physical Form (Must be signed by a physician)
Participation Fee (Cash, Check, or Money Order)
