The sports registration for the 2022 Winter Season 2 is now open for all 21st CPA students.
Registration Deadline: October 2, 2022

2022 Winter Season 2 Sports:
Elem. Co-Ed Flag Football
Elem. Co-Ed Dragon Squad
MS Co-Ed Flag Football
MS Girls Basketball
MS Co-Ed Dragon Squad

Please make sure that all athlete’s records and sports registration are up to date to avoid any delays in sports participation.

Sports Requirements:
2022-2023 Physical Form (Must be signed by a physician)
21st CPA Sports Registration (Sports waivers and contracts included and submit online)
$60 payment (Cash, check, or money order- payable to 21st CPA)
