Flag Football

Hello Parents,
21st Century first official Flag Football practice will be held on September 21 and 22, 2017 at 4:30pm- 6:00pm

 

  • Practice will be held : (After 9/21-9/22/17)
    • Monday & Friday 4:30pm- 6:00pm
  • Location:

 

  • Montezuma Elementary
Forms Required:

 

    • Student Athlete Contract
    • Sports Release
    • Physical Form
    • APIAL Waiver
  • Equipment Required:

 

  • T-Shirt
  • Football Cleats (no sandals, flip flops etc.)- Shoes with cleats must be made of soft pliable plastic or rubber. No exposed metal cleats are permitted.
  • Black Shorts Pants / Shorts – Each player must wear pants or shorts without any belt(s), belt loop(s), or exposed drawstrings
  • Water Bottle

Golf Practice

The first Golf Practice will be held on 8/31/17 at Los Altos Golf Center.
Time: 4:30-5:45PM
Location: Los Altos Golf Center

Students will be required to bring to practice:
Personal Golf Clubs
21st T-Shirt
Shorts
Tennis Shoes
Water Bottle
Sports Forms (APIAL Waiver, 21st Risk Waiver, 21st Student Contract, Physical Form w/ doctor signature
$35 payment (Cash or Check)

*Parents please remember to register all athletes interested in joining our Fall 2017 sports.
