Hello Dragon Families, The sports registration for the 2022 Fall Season 1 is now open for all incoming 21st CPA students. For all athletes interested in participating in 21st CPA Fall Sports, please click on the links below to be directed to the Sports Registration Forms along with further sports details and information located on the 21st CPA Athletic Webpage.

2022 Fall Season 1 Sports:

• Elem. Cross Country
• Elem. Volleyball
• Elem. Golf 

• MS Cross Country
• MS Girls Volleyball
• MS Soccer
• MS Golf
• MS Tennis

Please make sure that all athlete’s records and sports registration are up to date to avoid any delays in sports participation. 
Sports Requirements:

• 2022-2023 Physical Form (Must be signed by a physician)
• 21st CPA Sports Registration (Sports waivers and contracts included and submit online)
• $60 payment (Cash, check, or money order- payable to 21st CPA)

21st CPA Elementary Volleyball Clinic
This event is open to both 21st CPA students and the public for athletes 1st-4th Graders.

Clinic Dates:
July 20 @ 6-7:30p, July 27 @ 6-7:30p , and August 10 @ 6-7:30p
