 Budget Report
Art Silva, Finance Sub-Committee Chair noted that the committee received financial reports from
the Cutler Foundation, the 21 st Century Public Academy Foundation, and the Parent Teacher
Association. All finances were reviewed during finance Sub- committee held on 2/18/2021.
Zach Kirchgessner presented Account Summary Reports for January 2021: The Expenditure and
Revenue Reports, Issued Purchase Order Report, Bank Register Report and Outstanding Checks
Report, Bank Reconciliation Reports.

Victoria Tafoya, Jeremy Peckens, Dorene DiNaro, Mikel Wagner, Bianca Belmonte Sapien
shared a presentation about the School Advisory Committee including reference to by-
law where SAC is referenced, agenda samples and results from brainstorming sessions
about OSIs and on-line learning challenges.

21stCPA Child Vaccinations

Don’t Wait! Vaccinate!

First Nations Community Healthsource clinic is offering walk-in vaccination clinics every Wednesday afternoon in March. Hours are 1 to 5:30pm. Any child or adolescent is eligible, and all school mandated vaccines will be available (HepB, MMR, DTaP, Varicella, HepA, IPV, Meningococcal, HPV, etc). First come, first served. Bring your immunization card and insurance information if you have it! The clinic is located at: 7317 Central Avenue NE, Albuquerque, 87108. See attached flyers!

21stCPA Spring Sports Registration Now Open!

21st CPA is offering the following sports for Spring 2021:

*Middle School (5-8th Grade)

-Soccer (Skills Training Only)

-Girls Basketball (Skills Training Only)

*Elementary: (4th Grade)

-Soccer

-Co-Ed Basketball (Skills Training Only)

Requirements:
Athlete must be registered for the sport.
$55 payment

-Mask will be worn at all times. (No neck gaiter)
-Athletes will need their own personal water bottle.
-Athletic workout attire.

-NM State and 21st CPA regulations and guidelines will be followed at all times.

Agenda: Advisory Topics for Equity
Draft Minutes:
Impact of reopening on full remote students- equity of technology perhaps teachers need microphones. Consider how students at home will be included in the classroom. Supports for equity created by students so all know what to expect for Covid Safe Practices. Symptoms list posted for parents to prescreen (website/Facebook). Consider how students who utilize learning support time will get the help they need. Material pick up days for full remote students.

Next Meeting: April 12, 2021, 6-6:45 (meetings will occur 1 hour prior to PTA)
