After School Clubs
ATTENTION PARENTS:
The PTA will be hosting an Afterschool Club Program beginning the first week in February! Programs will only meet on Monday and Thursday from 4pm – 5pm/5:15pm (pickup must be no later than 5:30pm). There will be a choice of two activities each day to choose from that each student must sign up for in advance. Sign-ups will be located in the Student Store and each student can sign up before school, during lunch, or after school. Some activities may run for consecutive weeks. We ask that each child please pack a water bottle and either bring a snack or bring money for the School Store to purchase a snack. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
FEBRUARY SCHEDULE
- Drawing – Introduction to Zentangle (what I use to call doodling). Supplies provided. Just bring your imagination! February 1st
- Juggling – Introduction to Juggling. Come learn how to juggle from one of 21st Century’s own teachers! This class runs all month. Supplies provided. February 1st, February 8th, February 22nd, February 29th
- String Art Cards – Design creative geometric designs provided using string. Supplies provided. February 8th
- Cookie Bouquet – This is a 2 part class. Miss Jennifer will be showing how to decorate cookies for Valentine’s Day! Part 1 is on February 8th and Part 2 is February 11th. There is a small fee of $3.00.
- Yoga – Come learn the art of Yoga! This class will be taught by one of our very own parents. Faculty are invited to join in after a long day in the classroom! Please bring water bottle, yoga mat (if you have one) or beach towel, wear stretchy or loose pants and t-shirt (if you would like). February 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
- Board Games – Come play board games with your friends! Board games will be provided. February 4th, 18th, 25th
- Beaded Keychains – Learn how to bead keychains. Open to the beginner or the experienced beader. Supplies provided. February 22nd.
