I. ACTION ITEM: TO RESTATE PRIOR 21 ST CENTURY PUBLIC ACADEMY GOVERNANCE COUNCIL ACTIONS/VOTES AND

APPROVE THE FIVE RESOLUTIONS PERTAINING TO NM PED SECTION 22-26A- 6(B) NMSA 1978 – THE GOVERNING BODY OF A

CHARTER SCHOOL CONSIDERING THE ACQUISITION OF A BUILDING OR OTHER REAL PROPERTY THROUGH A LEASE

PURCHASE AGREEMENT:

• 1 st Resolution: Make a Determination of the Necessity of Acquiring the Proposed Location

of 4300 Cutler Avenue NE through a Lease Purchase Agreement.

• 2 nd Resolution: Determine the Estimated Cost of the proposed Building Location

of 4300 Cutler Avenue NE.

• 3 rd Resolution: Review a Summary of Terms of the Proposed Lease Purchase Agreement

for the 4300 Cutler Avenue NE location.

• 4 th Resolution: Identify the Source (or Sources) of Funding to Enter Into a Lease/Purchase

Agreement for the 4300 Cutler Avenue NE location.

• 5 th Resolution: Determine that a Lease Purchase Agreement is in the Best Interest

of 21 st Century Public Academy Charter School.

This is the only item of business to be conducted at this Special Meeting by the 21 st Century Public Academy

Governance Council.
