Planning Fall Festival – Adriana Romero

• General Information

a) Date: Friday October 24 2014; set up at 3:40 pm

b) Charlene will call Roadrunner Food Bank to request two barrels

c) Theme is “Brother’s Grimm Evening”

d) Tickets sold at Fall Festival

e) Tickets will be pre-sold at Student Store a week prior

f) Nex Gen Student will complete flyer. Student Council will do posters

g) Charlene will bring roaster pans. Also need crockpots. Teresa will contact Cotton Candy vendor

h) Karon will contact McDonalds for ice donation, Debbie will pick up ice

i) Adriana and Evelyn will research jumpers and DJ

j) Evelyn will research face-painting

k) The following will bring:

  • 6th grade-candy,
  • 7th grade-lemonade Capri sun, soda,
  • 8th grade – hot dogs&buns,
  • staff-water

o May have prizes left over from Spring Fling. Lexi volunteered at last meeting to get best costume

prizes

l) Valerie will plan & prepare decorations. If purchasing,

• Need Volunteer to serve as Committee Head

• Volunteers needed after school to set up, snack bar, clean-up crew, trash pickup, count money

• Gold Canyon candles will sell at Fall Festival. Will also be a school fundraiser in November

• Adrianna will research Pie Cards from Village Inn.
