Time: 6-7:30p

Location: Elite Sports Academy/ 501 Main St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104

All athletes must bring the following forms to the first day of basketball practice.
Forms:
  • 21st waiver
  • APIAL waiver
  • 21st Student Contract
  • Physical
Equipment required:
  • T-shirt
  • Shorts
  • Basketball shoes
