Good Afternoon Dragon Families and Staff! Thank you all for your patience and perseverance as we go through this Pandemic!

I have attached information for our 8th Annual Golf Tournament! The proceeds from this tournament have been extremely helpful in acquiring our amazing facility and maintaining it moving forward.

This year we are in particular need of raffle items, items for the gift bags (120 golfers) and hole sponsors. Of course, any players would be greatly appreciated and the course is gorgeous!

In a normal year, we would ask for $5 per student for the purchase of gift baskets for the raffle, but this year is far from normal. However, if you have some individual items to donate or would like us to include items in the golfers’ gift bags i.e.; golf balls, coupons from your businesses, water, snacks, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, etc. Cash is always acceptable and we can receipt you as the 21st Foundation is a 501 C3 and your donation is tax deductible.

If you have any questions, please reach out to me, Mrs. Tarango.

Be safe and healthy!

Mrs. Tarango

21st Century Re-Opening

Good Morning Amazing Dragon Families!

Last night the Governance Council voted unanimously to allow the staff to determine our instructional path forward. The draft minutes are available on the website.

Student’s daily schedules will remain the same with remote learning. We will be moving forward with a phase-in of the 5 to 1 live support in the afternoons starting March 1st. Teachers will be on-site next week to prepare their rooms and will be reporting physically to work 8 am to 4 pm starting March 1st, except for Wednesdays when the site closed for deep cleaning. The front office and administrative staff have been on-site from 8 am to 4 pm since mid-January.

With information and guidance changing on an almost daily basis, we want to provide as much consistency as possible along with supporting those students who are in most need of our support.

We are also going to attempt to provide afterschool activities including athletics. Club sponsors will reach out soon with more information. For athletics, please reach out to Coach Alexander or our website.

We are excited about opening up in a safe manner. The plan will be revisited each month at the Governance Council meetings, the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm on Zoom. The link is available on the website.

Be safe, warm, and healthy!
