Soccer Time!
21st Century is participating in co-ed soccer! Any Student who is interested in playing needs to go to a meet and greet with Coach David at Sister Cities Park this Friday, March 20th at 4:45pm. Practice will be every Monday and Wednesday 4:45pm – 5:45pm at Sister Cities Park unless there’s a game scheduled. The game schedules are still being hashed out, and will be available in the next few days.
All students who want to participate need to have the following paperwork completed and turned into Ms. Morga in the front office:
- $35 fee (check or money order made out to (21st Century PA PTA).
- Completed Sports Physical Form. (Click here for a printable copy)
- Signed copy of the Acknowledgement of Sportsmanship Conduct. (Click here for a printable copy)
