Voluntary Student COVID Surveillance Testing

Hello Dragon Families!

The Public Education Department of New Mexico will continue student surveillance testing in schools for SY21-22.
Student surveillance testing is voluntary. 21st Century Public Academy is seeking unvaccinated student volunteers using free, statewide VAULT testing in which families order a VAULT kit and students take the test at home. Then, voluntarily provide the results to our school COVID point of contact, Ms. Belmonte-Sapien.
Our goal is to test 25% of our unvaccinated students each week.
If you are interested in having your student participate, please respond to this 4 question survey and your student will be included in our pool for voluntary COVID surveillance testing.
