Fall Middle School Sports Registration is now open for the following sports.
Practice will begin October 2, 2020 at 4-5:15p
Tuesday 5-6:15p
Friday 4-5:15p
Please register all athletes at the following links below:
All Athletes must register for all sports located on the school athletic tab > Sports Registration. Please find the athlete’s grade and click on the link that will transfer you to the grade level registration form.

Volleyball is available to the following grades:
– 5th Grade
– 6th Grade
– 7th Grade
– 8th Grade
All athletes are required to submit the following for participation:
– Online Registration form- includes (student-athlete contract, athletic waiver, APIAL waiver)
– Physical Form (signed by physicians)
– $55 payment (cash, check, money order)
