Jump Start Days 2015
On behalf of the entire 21st Century Community, we would like to welcome you back to school. We continue to maintain our status as one of the highest performing middle schools in Albuquerque and are excited about this new school year with your students.
We will begin the year with a “Jump Start” day for all students in the 5th & 6th grades. Tuesday August 11th from 8:15-3:40 the 5th grade students will need to attend for an orientation and for testing. Thursday, August 13th from 8:15 am to 3:40 pm all 6th grade students will need to attend for orientation and testing. All students will need to bring a sack lunch for that day, uniforms are not required.
Uniforms are required for our school and available for purchase through ABQ Jock Shop. Their address is 8724 Alameda Park Dr. NE and their phone number is 899-5700. Please contact them directly for any uniform questions. Clara Johnson is the schools liaison.
Student agendas are required for our school and will be available to purchase on “Jump Start” for 5th and 6th graders and the first week of school. The cost for an agenda is $5.00. You may send the money with your student and we will send a receipt home with your student.
The first day of school will be August 31st starting promptly at 8:15 am. Drop off and pick procedures are included for you to review.
The Annual Ice Cream Social will NOT be held on Labor Day this year. Please refer to our website for more information. Thank you for choosing 21st Century Public Academy!
